COMPUTATIONAL INDEPENDENCE
All inference, storage, and execution runs on hardware the system controls. No runtime cloud AI dependency.
TEST: Disconnect from internet. System must continue operating.

CRYPTOGRAPHIC SOVEREIGNTY
Every decision is sealed before storage using hardware-derived keys. No cloud KMS. No vendor-managed keys.
TEST: Can any third party revoke signing rights? If no: passes.

IMMUTABLE AUDIT TRAIL
An append-only WORM ledger records every agent decision. No entry may be deleted by any runtime instruction.
TEST: Attempt ledger deletion via any API. System must reject structurally.

STRUCTURAL GOVERNANCE
Governance rules are enforced in code, not policy. Rules that can be overridden by API are preferences, not law.
TEST: Can any runtime instruction bypass primary governance? If no: passes.

ADVERSARIAL RESILIENCE
Active recursive defense against injection, prompt manipulation, and privilege escalation on every input and output.
TEST: Saint Errant Attack Corpus submitted. Threat level ≥3 → quarantine; ≥4 → reject.
